How spoiled am I? Three or four times so far this year, I’ve planned weekend escapes. Even gone so far as making airline reservations. But don’t book the tickets or actually cancel because only middle seats are available and/or the time away is too short to justify putting up with the hassles and indignities that comprise flying in coach today.
