In fact, I didn&#8217;t leave the house until almost 4. Went downtown to check out the iPad mini. I&#8217;d read all about it of course but wanted to hold one. It&#8217;s nice but nothing earth shattering. The crowds around Union Square got to me. Probably won&#8217;t repeat that trip on Saturday until January. Have I mentioned that I hate this time of the year enough yet? Our friend Kip had a birthday celebration at Tacolicious. Nice space. Good margaritas and nibbles. Met up with Matt + Miguel, who is getting over wisdom teeth extraction. Then Rich and I finished up with evening with a deep discussion about shut-ins.
