Coincidentally, today’s espresso shot No. 6.
Our girls on a rainy yet relaxed Saturday morning.
Starting to have fun with the Lytro’s macro abilities. Yes, I had in my lenses. Why do you ask?
Playing around with the macro possibilities of creative mode. Try moving the perspective shift on a north-south axis.
Alice naps in the sun. Original shot had a very cool color cast. 8-Track filter compensates. Perspective shift is quite nice on this one. Try it.
I’ve had the Lytro camera for 8 or so months but haven’t used it for much more than a few, bad snapshots. So I think it makes sense to try a 365 with it. One shot a day for a year. Hopefully I’ll manage to produce some interesting images. Or I’ll just subject you to hundreds of bad snapshots.
Still life on the dining table. Carnival filter makes for interesting effects when you refocus or play with the perspective shift.
Well there goes 2012. This final day was a lot of running around then Matt and Miguel came over for an evening of appetizers, vodka shots and bubbly. Fun was had by all. It was quite the year. Thanks for coming along for the ride. Rich, the kitties and I will be back with more videos in 2013. Just haven’t decided on a schedule yet.
Rich went shopping and bought some new stuff. “People being dumber than a bag of rocks,” Rich. Is it any wonder I love him? Went to dinner with M+M. Then cute shots of the cats. I really should have written this description before I got into the sauce on NYE.
It’s the odd Saturday so Rich has to clean and do laundry. Meaning I’m on the street. So I met with up with Alex at the neighborhood cafe. Then I ranted about the directions for morons on a pizza box. And ranted some more about the stupidity of Comcast. But then that is like saying the sky is blue.
As the year winds down, I am running out of daily descriptors. Rich makes me laugh though, as usual. Maybe that’s the secret of 25 years together. Certainly not his daily Judge Judy habit. Otherwise, a quiet, cold and rainy Friday night at home with the kitties.
