Rain on Memorial day. So odd. But we had fun with Matt and Miguel. Went down south to Santana Row. Not sure why. Just different really. Sushi lunch in a park with James. Bike riding to the ocean with Rich. Good week overall.
Busy week. End of school year show and commencement. Friday night with Miguel, Matt and Brenden. Saturday lunch with Jason. And a going away party for Lynette on Sunday. Plus we pulled the trigger on the tickets to Copenhagen. Time to start planning.
Plantings in the courtyard. Replacing the trees that blew over recently, I suppose. Also had my annual physical this week. Good for another year. Cats being cute and grabbing my leg. Parking on SF hills. Vacation planning. Stuff.
Hot week. Literally. Cats. Dentist. BMW recall resolved. Laughed at absurdly expensive matte white M3. It looks cool but come on. One hundred grand and a giant warning sticker not to wax or polish. Right. More cats and other stuff. I don’t know. Watch.
Cats being cute. I don’t like children. Explain why and have a graphic depiction. Cable car broke down. Helped a stranger find her iPhone. Other stuff. And more cute cats.
I think Jamie Cullum’s “Everything You Didn’t Do” ranks as the best pop song of the past year. Naturally I’ve pre-ordered Momentum, which is set for a May release. Still, I ever-so-slightly prefer the version used in a San Miguel campaign last summer. Not sure if it’s because I heard that one first or the collaboration with Carlos Sadness, Nita of Fuel Fandango and rapper Frank T adds a bit of magic.
What do you think? (Yes, I actually want comments. Imagine.)
Saw a huge billboard. Stuff happened. I bitched and moaned. Found cute dogs. Then saw a yellow Ferrari Testarossa. More stuff happened. And we got a depressing lesson in just how stupid Americans are, courtesy of the Czech Republic.
Good week for cars and rants. Managed to capture a 70s Maserati, an Ariel Atom and a Ferrari convertible. Rants on the trifecta. Health care, the post office and religion. Took a little Sonoma road trip to pick up wine. Found lots of good food, too.
Woke Monday feeling much worse. Decided I’d had enough; went to doctor for drugs. Drugs worked. Drugs are good. I like drugs. Phoenix for the weekend. Another planning meeting. All work. Little play.
