Another week where I’m obsessed with getting tax stuff ready for the accountant types. Good news though, we managed to upload everything by week’s end. Hopefully I won’t say the T-word again until 2015. New glasses arrived, finally. Haircut, cute husband and cat shots.
Another really hectic week. School stuff and prepping tax stuff to go to the accountant. Neither of which makes interesting video. So you will have to settle for cute cat shots. The sacrifices we make.
Week of medical maintenance. Dermatologist. Dentist. Optometrist. Yes, the constantly changing glasses are because I’m expecting a new prescription so my last chance to wear the current collection. Also back to the vet for the girl’s follow up urine tests.
Started off sick again but felt better as the week progressed. Lots of cats and food this week. Quiet Valentine’s at home with takeout pizza. We’re so romantic. Weekend adventure with M+M. And more cats.
Last week of January, first days of February. I managed to injure my foot. Rain finally came. We got a new toaster. Took the girls in for their annual vet visit. And I got another cold. You just can’t wait to hit that Play button, huh?
Pretty much recovered from the colds. Back in the swing for another semester. Several late nights. Rants about construction and cyclists who ride without lights after dark. Friday and Sunday with the boys. And a nugget for Jesse O.
Cold hit both of us full force this week. Perhaps you’ll excuse the lack of big adventure. The semester startup also got underway so I had lots of work obligations. Yeah. Cute cats and husband though.
Kind of an off-kilter week. That’s what happens during the days in-between semesters since my routine is turned on its head. Had a visit from a new puppy named Nelly. Grabbed a beer with Dany. Got Ragazza with M+M. But the highlight had to be a test drive of the new BMW i3. I’ve been tracking its development. And now that I’ve been behind the wheel, I definitely want one. Hopefully soon.
Lots of ranting this week. Catholic school fires an employee for marrying another man. Guess how I feel. iTunes Match makes fixing album art a pain. Rich and I talk about the so-called threats to bicyclists from evil evil cars. Moments later a bicyclist hits us. I bemoan our college student neighbors who just got a Ferrari FF. And I critique the state of retail. Fun for the whole family.
New Year and all that. Spent a lot of time with Matt and Miguel. Rich entertained us with the story of how he realized he was falling for me—so romantic. Right. We also took a jaunt down to Monterey. And, as required, plenty of cute cat shots.
