Gavin and Stacey (and Dorris)
July 31, 2010 at 9:55 pm | 1 Comment »We discovered Gavin and Stacey on BBC Three during last month’s trip to Ireland. Watched all three series after we got home. One of the freshest and funniest shows I’ve seen in a long time. Most of the characters are completely bonkers. I particularly love Dorris, the elderly neighbor who drinks heavily, keeps a 20-something boy toy and does a mean rendition of “There Is A Light That Never Goes Out.” Watch the clip to the end.
Awesome. Haven’t got that far in the series myself, but my fav is Doris and her boytoy in the X-mas episode…so far
