Spent the day locked in the grip of a heavy fog. San Francisco summer fun. It didn’t break 60º F all day. My pot plants on the balcony are starting to show the stress. Hopefully some of them can make it through the next six weeks when the warmth should return. While I don’t want the heat that the rest of the country is suffering through, this gloom does get me down at times. But to cheer me up, I found new reserve coffees at Starbucks. The new Oahu is worth trying if you’re in a Clover market. Also worth trying is HBO’s new show “The Newsroom” from Aaron Sorkin. And they’ve got the pilot as a free view.
