In between, we got healthy sandwiches, found outrageous gas prices in Beverly Hills and stared at the bleakness that is Interstate 5 for several hours. At least we beat the computer’s time estimate by more than an hour. Finally the beard, if you can call it that, makes it’s final appearance. Mini-vacation over and out.
the cross street was “little Santa Monica” or “Santa Monica South” (or south Santa Monica). That is the most expensive gas station in the LA Metro area, btw.
