LA to Vegas

LA to Vegas with Shari. Decent drive, around four hours. We’re staying at the Palazzo, which is part of the Venetian complex. Huge room, very over-the-top. Also have access to their 23rd floor Prestige lounge for breakfast, coffees, snacks and afternoon cocktails. Liking it because we don’t have to go to the casino anytime we want a nosh. Dinner first night was Jaleo at the Cosmopolitan. Superb meal. Two and a half Bombay martinis, wine and sangria might have been a wee bit too much booze. Then we wrap up with a glimpse of the Bellagio dancing waters.
