Third time I’m typing this description because hotel wifi keeps letting me down. SF to LA on Interstate 5. The fast but boring road through California’s central valley. Having Jamie Cullum streaming live on BBC Radio 2 for an hour helped. That high tech stuff might have a future. Of course, I forgot to record after arriving in LA and hooking up with Shari. The happy hour we found in WeHo had nothing to do with it.
